Pharaonic Overload pt. 3


The heat is too much handle without a pool in the afternoon.

The only proper way to carry out a census of war dead is to have scribes count the severed genitals of the dead. Which is exactly what this relief depicts.





Just in case we forgot where we were, there were goats climbing around the temples.



Were the reliefs gold-plated, hence the removal of valuable material, or was this fellow not so popular with his descendants and thus removed?
